How To Uninstall torrus-apache2 On Debian 7

To uninstall torrus-apache2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just torrus-apache2

Universal front-end for Round-Robin Databases (for apache 2.x) (deprecated)Debian 7.0net2.03-2+deb7u1
sudo apt-get remove torrus-apache2

This will remove just the torrus-apache2 package itself.

Uninstall torrus-apache2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove torrus-apache2

This will remove the torrus-apache2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for torrus-apache2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge torrus-apache2

Or similarly, like this torrus-apache2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove torrus-apache2
