How To Uninstall tpm-tools-dbg On Debian 7

To uninstall tpm-tools-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tpm-tools-dbg

Management tools for the TPM hardware (debug)Debian 7.0debug1.3.7-1
sudo apt-get remove tpm-tools-dbg

This will remove just the tpm-tools-dbg package itself.

Uninstall tpm-tools-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tpm-tools-dbg

This will remove the tpm-tools-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tpm-tools-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tpm-tools-dbg

Or similarly, like this tpm-tools-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tpm-tools-dbg
