How To Uninstall trac-mercurial On Debian 7

To uninstall trac-mercurial just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just trac-mercurial

Mercurial version control backend for TracDebian 7.0python0.12.0.28-1
sudo apt-get remove trac-mercurial

This will remove just the trac-mercurial package itself.

Uninstall trac-mercurial and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove trac-mercurial

This will remove the trac-mercurial package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for trac-mercurial then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge trac-mercurial

Or similarly, like this trac-mercurial

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove trac-mercurial
