How To Uninstall ttf-droid On Debian 7

To uninstall ttf-droid just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ttf-droid

transitional dummy packageDebian 7.0oldlibs20111207+git-1
sudo apt-get remove ttf-droid

This will remove just the ttf-droid package itself.

Uninstall ttf-droid and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ttf-droid

This will remove the ttf-droid package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ttf-droid then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ttf-droid

Or similarly, like this ttf-droid

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ttf-droid
