How To Uninstall ttf-junicode On Debian 7

To uninstall ttf-junicode just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ttf-junicode

transitional dummy packageDebian 7.0oldlibs0.7.6-1
sudo apt-get remove ttf-junicode

This will remove just the ttf-junicode package itself.

Uninstall ttf-junicode and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ttf-junicode

This will remove the ttf-junicode package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ttf-junicode then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ttf-junicode

Or similarly, like this ttf-junicode

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ttf-junicode
