How To Uninstall ttf-ubuntu-title On Debian 7

To uninstall ttf-ubuntu-title just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ttf-ubuntu-title

font used to create the Ubuntu logo (2004‒2010) - transitional packageDebian 7.0oldlibs1:0.3-1
sudo apt-get remove ttf-ubuntu-title

This will remove just the ttf-ubuntu-title package itself.

Uninstall ttf-ubuntu-title and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ttf-ubuntu-title

This will remove the ttf-ubuntu-title package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ttf-ubuntu-title then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ttf-ubuntu-title

Or similarly, like this ttf-ubuntu-title

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ttf-ubuntu-title
