How To Uninstall txt2man On Debian 7

To uninstall txt2man just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just txt2man

Converts flat ASCII text to man page formatDebian 7.0text1.5.5-4
sudo apt-get remove txt2man

This will remove just the txt2man package itself.

Uninstall txt2man and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove txt2man

This will remove the txt2man package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for txt2man then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge txt2man

Or similarly, like this txt2man

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove txt2man
