How To Uninstall ttytter On Debian 7

To uninstall ttytter just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ttytter

console Twitter clientDebian 7.0non-free/net2.1.0-1~deb7u1
sudo apt-get remove ttytter

This will remove just the ttytter package itself.

Uninstall ttytter and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ttytter

This will remove the ttytter package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ttytter then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ttytter

Or similarly, like this ttytter

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ttytter
