How To Uninstall x86dis On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall x86dis just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just x86dis

Frontend to libdisasm as a shared and static library on Linux, FreeBSD, and Win32 platforms. The core disassembly engine is contained in files with the prefix "i386", and is shared with the x86 ARCH extension of the bastard disassembler.Kali Linux 2017.1utils0.23-6+b1
sudo apt-get remove x86dis

This will remove just the x86dis package itself.

Uninstall x86dis and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove x86dis

This will remove the x86dis package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for x86dis then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge x86dis

Or similarly, like this x86dis

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove x86dis
