Uninstall just xfce4-power-manager-plugins

sudo apt-get remove xfce4-power-manager-plugins

This will remove just the xfce4-power-manager-plugins package itself.

Uninstall xfce4-power-manager-plugins and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfce4-power-manager-plugins

This will remove the xfce4-power-manager-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfce4-power-manager-plugins then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfce4-power-manager-plugins

Or similarly, like this xfce4-power-manager-plugins

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfce4-power-manager-plugins
