How To Uninstall xfce4-timer-plugin On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xfce4-timer-plugin just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xfce4-timer-plugin

timer plugin for Xfce panel panel. You can display a warning window and/or run a custom command when alarm rings, repeat alarms etc. The timer progress is shown as a progress bar in the Xfce panel, lasting time displayed on tooltip.Kali Linux 2017.1xfce1.6.0-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove xfce4-timer-plugin

This will remove just the xfce4-timer-plugin package itself.

Uninstall xfce4-timer-plugin and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfce4-timer-plugin

This will remove the xfce4-timer-plugin package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfce4-timer-plugin then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfce4-timer-plugin

Or similarly, like this xfce4-timer-plugin

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfce4-timer-plugin
