How To Uninstall xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc

Character-cell CP1251 encoded Cyrillic fonts for X (Cronyx collection) Cyrillic fonts. These are CP1251 (microsoft-cp1251) fonts and support all current slavic Cyrillic scripts. In most cases it is desirable to have the X font server (xfs) and/or an X server installed to make the fonts available to X clients.Kali Linux 2017.1fonts2.3.8-8
sudo apt-get remove xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc

This will remove just the xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc package itself.

Uninstall xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc

This will remove the xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc

Or similarly, like this xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfonts-cronyx-cp1251-misc
