How To Uninstall xfonts-jmk On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xfonts-jmk just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xfonts-jmk

James M. Knoble's character-cell fonts for XKali Linux 2017.1fonts3.0-20
sudo apt-get remove xfonts-jmk

This will remove just the xfonts-jmk package itself.

Uninstall xfonts-jmk and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfonts-jmk

This will remove the xfonts-jmk package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfonts-jmk then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfonts-jmk

Or similarly, like this xfonts-jmk

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfonts-jmk
