How To Uninstall xfonts-kapl On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xfonts-kapl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xfonts-kapl

APL fonts for A+ development to properly display A+ code in an XTerm, XEmacs or a web browser. They are not required to run an A+ program.Kali Linux 2017.1fonts4.22.1-9
sudo apt-get remove xfonts-kapl

This will remove just the xfonts-kapl package itself.

Uninstall xfonts-kapl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfonts-kapl

This will remove the xfonts-kapl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfonts-kapl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfonts-kapl

Or similarly, like this xfonts-kapl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfonts-kapl
