How To Uninstall xfonts-traditional On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xfonts-traditional just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xfonts-traditional

Traditional fixed-width fonts for XKali Linux 2017.1x111.8.0
sudo apt-get remove xfonts-traditional

This will remove just the xfonts-traditional package itself.

Uninstall xfonts-traditional and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xfonts-traditional

This will remove the xfonts-traditional package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xfonts-traditional then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xfonts-traditional

Or similarly, like this xfonts-traditional

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xfonts-traditional
