How To Uninstall xinput-calibrator On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xinput-calibrator just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xinput-calibrator

Generic touchscreen calibration program for X.Org Its features include:Kali Linux 2017.1utils0.7.5+git20140201-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove xinput-calibrator

This will remove just the xinput-calibrator package itself.

Uninstall xinput-calibrator and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xinput-calibrator

This will remove the xinput-calibrator package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xinput-calibrator then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xinput-calibrator

Or similarly, like this xinput-calibrator

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xinput-calibrator
