How To Uninstall xplico On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xplico just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xplico

Network Forensic Analysis Tool (NFAT) capture the applications data contained. For example, from a pcap file Xplico extracts each email (POP, IMAP, and SMTP protocols), all HTTP contents, each VoIP call (SIP, MGCP, H323), FTP, TFTP, and so on. sudo apt-get remove xplico

This will remove just the xplico package itself.

Uninstall xplico and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xplico

This will remove the xplico package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xplico then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xplico

Or similarly, like this xplico

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xplico
