How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-input-void On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xserver-xorg-input-void just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-input-void

X.Org X server -- void input driver any input events -- it is, as such, a 'fake' driver.Kali Linux 2017.1x111:1.4.1-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-void

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-input-void package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-input-void and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-input-void

This will remove the xserver-xorg-input-void package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-input-void then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-input-void

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-input-void

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-input-void
