How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg

X.Org X server -- AMDGPU display driver (debugging symbols) following chip families should be supported: Bonaire, Hawaii, Kaveri, Kabini Mullins, Iceland, Tonga, Carrizo, Fiji, Stoney.Kali Linux 2017.1debug1.3.0-1
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg

This will remove the xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu-dbg
