How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-glide On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xserver-xorg-video-glide just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-video-glide

X.Org X server -- Glide display driver provides support for Voodoo 1 and Voodoo 2 boards.Kali Linux 2017.1x111.2.2-1+b6
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-glide

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-video-glide package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-glide and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-glide

This will remove the xserver-xorg-video-glide package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-video-glide then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-video-glide

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-video-glide

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-glide
