How To Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-tdfx On Kali Linux 2017.1

To uninstall xserver-xorg-video-tdfx just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just xserver-xorg-video-tdfx

X.Org X server -- tdfx display driver derivatives.Kali Linux 2017.1x111:1.4.7-1
sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-video-tdfx

This will remove just the xserver-xorg-video-tdfx package itself.

Uninstall xserver-xorg-video-tdfx and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-tdfx

This will remove the xserver-xorg-video-tdfx package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for xserver-xorg-video-tdfx then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge xserver-xorg-video-tdfx

Or similarly, like this xserver-xorg-video-tdfx

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xserver-xorg-video-tdfx
