To uninstall xwatch just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove xwatch
This will remove just the xwatch package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove xwatch
This will remove the xwatch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for xwatch then this will work.

Or similarly, like this xwatch
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove xwatch

|Description||logfile monitor that displays in an X window. get to see what's going on _during_ say a break-in, instead of having to check the logfiles after the damage is done. Of course, you need to have the syslog daemons configured right, so that the logfiles are created. Xwatch reads options from its commandline as well as from a app-defaults resource file.|
