How To Uninstall firefox-locale-gd On Linux Mint 17.1

To uninstall firefox-locale-gd just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just firefox-locale-gd

Gaelic; Scottish Gaelic language pack for Firefox for FirefoxLinux Mint 17.1web54.0+linuxmint2+rosa
sudo apt-get remove firefox-locale-gd

This will remove just the firefox-locale-gd package itself.

Uninstall firefox-locale-gd and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove firefox-locale-gd

This will remove the firefox-locale-gd package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for firefox-locale-gd then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge firefox-locale-gd

Or similarly, like this firefox-locale-gd

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove firefox-locale-gd
