To uninstall esix just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove esix
This will remove just the esix package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove esix
This will remove the esix package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for esix then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge esix
Or similarly, like this esix
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove esix
