How To Uninstall realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms

Realtek RTL88xxAU driver in DKMS format driver (with monitor mode and frame injection) to be build with dkms. Kernel sources or headers are required to compile this module.Parrot 3.7contrib/kernel4.3.21~20170330-0kali1
sudo apt-get remove realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms

This will remove just the realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms package itself.

Uninstall realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms

This will remove the realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms

Or similarly, like this realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove realtek-rtl88xxau-dkms
