Uninstall just series60-remote

sudo apt-get remove series60-remote

This will remove just the series60-remote package itself.

Uninstall series60-remote and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove series60-remote

This will remove the series60-remote package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for series60-remote then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge series60-remote

Or similarly, like this series60-remote

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove series60-remote
