How To Uninstall balsa On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall balsa just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just balsa

e-mail client for GNOME It supports both POP3 and IMAP servers as well as the mbox, maildir and mh local mailbox formats. Balsa also supports SMTP and/or the use of a local MTA such as Sendmail.Parrot 3.7gnome2.5.3-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove balsa

This will remove just the balsa package itself.

Uninstall balsa and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove balsa

This will remove the balsa package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for balsa then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge balsa

Or similarly, like this balsa

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove balsa
