How To Uninstall dnaclust On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall dnaclust just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just dnaclust

sudo apt-get remove dnaclust

This will remove just the dnaclust package itself.

Uninstall dnaclust and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dnaclust

This will remove the dnaclust package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for dnaclust then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dnaclust

Or similarly, like this dnaclust

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dnaclust
