sudo apt-get remove eclipse-rpm-editor

This will remove just the eclipse-rpm-editor package itself.

Uninstall eclipse-rpm-editor and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove eclipse-rpm-editor

This will remove the eclipse-rpm-editor package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for eclipse-rpm-editor then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge eclipse-rpm-editor

Or similarly, like this eclipse-rpm-editor

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove eclipse-rpm-editor
