How To Uninstall ocl-icd-libopencl1 On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall ocl-icd-libopencl1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ocl-icd-libopencl1

Generic OpenCL ICD Loader general-purpose parallel programming of heterogeneous systems that include CPUs, GPUs and other processors.Parrot 3.7libs2.2.11-1
sudo apt-get remove ocl-icd-libopencl1

This will remove just the ocl-icd-libopencl1 package itself.

Uninstall ocl-icd-libopencl1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ocl-icd-libopencl1

This will remove the ocl-icd-libopencl1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ocl-icd-libopencl1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ocl-icd-libopencl1

Or similarly, like this ocl-icd-libopencl1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ocl-icd-libopencl1
