To uninstall u2f-host just follow these instructions.
sudo apt-get remove u2f-host
This will remove just the u2f-host package itself.
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove u2f-host
This will remove the u2f-host package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
If you also want to delete your local/config files for u2f-host then this will work.
sudo apt-get purge u2f-host
Or similarly, like this u2f-host
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove u2f-host
