How To Uninstall uim-mozc On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall uim-mozc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just uim-mozc

Mozc engine for uim - Client of the Mozc input method become a frontend for Anthy, SKK, Canna, T-Code, TUT-Code, Pinyin (Chinese input method), Hangul (Korean input method), IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet), etc. Most of the functions are implemented with Scheme, so it's very simple and flexible.Parrot 3.7utils2.19.2623.102+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove uim-mozc

This will remove just the uim-mozc package itself.

Uninstall uim-mozc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove uim-mozc

This will remove the uim-mozc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for uim-mozc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge uim-mozc

Or similarly, like this uim-mozc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove uim-mozc
