How To Uninstall maas-cluster-controller On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall maas-cluster-controller just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just maas-cluster-controller

MAAS server cluster controllerUbuntu 14.04 LTSnet1.5+bzr2252-0ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove maas-cluster-controller

This will remove just the maas-cluster-controller package itself.

Uninstall maas-cluster-controller and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove maas-cluster-controller

This will remove the maas-cluster-controller package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for maas-cluster-controller then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge maas-cluster-controller

Or similarly, like this maas-cluster-controller

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove maas-cluster-controller
