How To Uninstall maas-dhcp On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall maas-dhcp just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just maas-dhcp

MAAS DHCP serverUbuntu 14.04 LTSnet1.5+bzr2252-0ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove maas-dhcp

This will remove just the maas-dhcp package itself.

Uninstall maas-dhcp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove maas-dhcp

This will remove the maas-dhcp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for maas-dhcp then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge maas-dhcp

Or similarly, like this maas-dhcp

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove maas-dhcp
