How To Uninstall maven-ant-helper On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall maven-ant-helper just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just maven-ant-helper

helper scripts for building Maven components with antUbuntu 14.04 LTSdevel7.10
sudo apt-get remove maven-ant-helper

This will remove just the maven-ant-helper package itself.

Uninstall maven-ant-helper and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove maven-ant-helper

This will remove the maven-ant-helper package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for maven-ant-helper then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge maven-ant-helper

Or similarly, like this maven-ant-helper

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove maven-ant-helper
