How To Uninstall myspell-en-za On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall myspell-en-za just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myspell-en-za

English_southafrican dictionary for myspellUbuntu 14.04 LTStext1:4.2.1-0ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove myspell-en-za

This will remove just the myspell-en-za package itself.

Uninstall myspell-en-za and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myspell-en-za

This will remove the myspell-en-za package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myspell-en-za then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myspell-en-za

Or similarly, like this myspell-en-za

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myspell-en-za
