How To Uninstall myspell-ss On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall myspell-ss just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myspell-ss

The Swazi dictionary for myspellUbuntu 14.04 LTStext20070206-4ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove myspell-ss

This will remove just the myspell-ss package itself.

Uninstall myspell-ss and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myspell-ss

This will remove the myspell-ss package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myspell-ss then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myspell-ss

Or similarly, like this myspell-ss

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myspell-ss
