How To Uninstall mia-tools-dbg On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall mia-tools-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mia-tools-dbg

Debugging information for the MIA command line toolsUbuntu 14.04 LTSuniverse/debug2.0.13-1
sudo apt-get remove mia-tools-dbg

This will remove just the mia-tools-dbg package itself.

Uninstall mia-tools-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mia-tools-dbg

This will remove the mia-tools-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mia-tools-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mia-tools-dbg

Or similarly, like this mia-tools-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mia-tools-dbg
