How To Uninstall intltool-debian On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall intltool-debian just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just intltool-debian

Help i18n of RFC822 compliant config filesUbuntu 15.04devel0.35.0+20060710.1
sudo apt-get remove intltool-debian

This will remove just the intltool-debian package itself.

Uninstall intltool-debian and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove intltool-debian

This will remove the intltool-debian package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for intltool-debian then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge intltool-debian

Or similarly, like this intltool-debian

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove intltool-debian
