How To Uninstall unity-lens-photos On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall unity-lens-photos just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just unity-lens-photos

Photos lens for UnityUbuntu 15.04gnome1.0+14.04.20140318-0ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove unity-lens-photos

This will remove just the unity-lens-photos package itself.

Uninstall unity-lens-photos and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove unity-lens-photos

This will remove the unity-lens-photos package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for unity-lens-photos then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge unity-lens-photos

Or similarly, like this unity-lens-photos

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove unity-lens-photos
