sudo apt-get remove unity-scope-video-remote

This will remove just the unity-scope-video-remote package itself.

Uninstall unity-scope-video-remote and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove unity-scope-video-remote

This will remove the unity-scope-video-remote package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for unity-scope-video-remote then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge unity-scope-video-remote

Or similarly, like this unity-scope-video-remote

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove unity-scope-video-remote
