How To Uninstall qgis-mapserver On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall qgis-mapserver just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just qgis-mapserver

Web Map Server for QGISUbuntu 15.04universe/science2.4.0-1ubuntu2
sudo apt-get remove qgis-mapserver

This will remove just the qgis-mapserver package itself.

Uninstall qgis-mapserver and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove qgis-mapserver

This will remove the qgis-mapserver package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for qgis-mapserver then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge qgis-mapserver

Or similarly, like this qgis-mapserver

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove qgis-mapserver
