How To Uninstall ubuntu-device-do On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall ubuntu-device-do just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ubuntu-device-do

Tool to interact with Ubuntu Touch devicesUbuntu 15.04universe/devel0.20-0ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove ubuntu-device-do

This will remove just the ubuntu-device-do package itself.

Uninstall ubuntu-device-do and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ubuntu-device-do

This will remove the ubuntu-device-do package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ubuntu-device-do then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ubuntu-device-do

Or similarly, like this ubuntu-device-do

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ubuntu-device-do
