sudo apt-get remove ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools

This will remove just the ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools package itself.

Uninstall ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools

This will remove the ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ubuntu-remote-debug-host-tools
