How To Uninstall ucommon-utils On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall ucommon-utils just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ucommon-utils

lightweight C++ threading and sockets - utilitiesUbuntu 15.04universe/utils6.1.10-1
sudo apt-get remove ucommon-utils

This will remove just the ucommon-utils package itself.

Uninstall ucommon-utils and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ucommon-utils

This will remove the ucommon-utils package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ucommon-utils then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ucommon-utils

Or similarly, like this ucommon-utils

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ucommon-utils
