How To Uninstall update-manager-kde On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall update-manager-kde just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just update-manager-kde

Support modules for Muon Notifier and ApperUbuntu 15.04universe/gnome1:15.04.7
sudo apt-get remove update-manager-kde

This will remove just the update-manager-kde package itself.

Uninstall update-manager-kde and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove update-manager-kde

This will remove the update-manager-kde package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for update-manager-kde then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge update-manager-kde

Or similarly, like this update-manager-kde

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove update-manager-kde
