How To Uninstall uprecords-cgi On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall uprecords-cgi just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just uprecords-cgi

utility to track high uptimes - CGI scriptUbuntu 15.04universe/utils1:0.3.17-4
sudo apt-get remove uprecords-cgi

This will remove just the uprecords-cgi package itself.

Uninstall uprecords-cgi and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove uprecords-cgi

This will remove the uprecords-cgi package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for uprecords-cgi then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge uprecords-cgi

Or similarly, like this uprecords-cgi

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove uprecords-cgi
