How To Uninstall upslug2 On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall upslug2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just upslug2

utility to upgrade the firmware of a Linksys NSLU2 via the networkUbuntu 15.04universe/otherosfs11-3
sudo apt-get remove upslug2

This will remove just the upslug2 package itself.

Uninstall upslug2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove upslug2

This will remove the upslug2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for upslug2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge upslug2

Or similarly, like this upslug2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove upslug2
