To uninstall binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf

GNU binary utilities, for arm-linux-gnueabihf targetUbuntu 16.10devel2.27-8ubuntu2
sudo apt-get remove binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf

This will remove just the binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf package itself.

Uninstall binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf

This will remove the binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf

Or similarly, like this binutils-arm-linux-gnueabihf
