How To Uninstall tftp-hpa-dbg On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall tftp-hpa-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just tftp-hpa-dbg

HPA's tftp (debug)Ubuntu 16.10debug5.2+20150808-1ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove tftp-hpa-dbg

This will remove just the tftp-hpa-dbg package itself.

Uninstall tftp-hpa-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove tftp-hpa-dbg

This will remove the tftp-hpa-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for tftp-hpa-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge tftp-hpa-dbg

Or similarly, like this tftp-hpa-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove tftp-hpa-dbg
